All artwork will be emailed via a digital mock-up and must be checked by the customer for spelling, size placement and colors.  The proof will show what the design looks like on an average sized shirt.  Please look over every detail.  Nodus Graphics will not be held responsible for errors due to lack of corrections not being requested during the art approval process. After your review, we make any corrections that are requested and email a revised mock-up. If there are additional changes once art has been approved that result in creating new separations for the production department, there will be a $35.00 fee implemented.

Example 1:  We receive art approval for class shirts that have names listed on the back.  We print separations for production and the next day there is a request to add or remove additional names.  Example 2:  We receive approval for a shirt that has sponsors on the back.  After art has been approved, there is a request to add another sponsor.

Cancellations made after the order has been placed will be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus freight to ship the order back to the vendor.  No cancellation will be accepted once any manipulation of the garment has been made such as printing, embroidering, tag removal, etc.

The turn around time on your order starts when we receive the size breakdown and artwork has been approved.  Delay in receipt of this info will result in production delays.

10% of the invoice total if proceeded before the standard turn around time.

Minimums vary depending on complexity of design but a standard guideline is:

• 1-4 Ink Colors:  24 Pieces Minimum

• 5-6 Ink Colors:  48 Piece Minimum

• 7-9 Ink Colors:  72 Piece Minimum

• 10 Ink Colors:  144 Piece Minimum

There will be a $40.00 fee for any returned check.

We are not the manufacturers of the garments.  We make every effort to inspect garments as we print them, however, there are defects beyond our control such as color inconsistencies, mislabeled garments, stitching errors, holes, etc.  Nodus Graphics will not be responsible for these imperfections.
